Do you agree with me?
Sometimes we get into such dilemmas while being on a our fitness journeys,
Which is more common than you think it is.
Hence what we do to compensate and improve it tend to get a little messy;
Most of us either punish our selves for getting off track where some of us tend to take it as a reset button and resort to
“ I will start back next week” where you don’t only delay your process but could end up causing more damage to your regime.
Always remember just as you can’t lose all that fats your gained throughout the years/months/days in one day, same goes to gain it.
You’re not going to gain back all the fats you lost over night just because you binged.
So go easy on your self and jump start from where you left.
